FAQ

Will Creo Classical Academy fulfil NYS homeschool requirements?

At Creo Classical Academy, we are building our program specifically with this in mind. We will cover all the NYS requirements in our program.

Our goal is to have a comprehensive and rich program, we recognize that some parents are transitioning out of other options to join us and we are able to offer flexibility on commitment. At this moment we are not able to offer a discount for attending only one day.

YES! At CCA we have teenagers and are blessed with a growing upper level class!

Are parents allowed to be on campus?

Yes! We will have opportunities for parent volunteers, we will ask for a minimum of 4 hours of volunteer time or a $125 fee if unable to volunteer. We will have space for moms to set up a computer and get some work done. We are looking forward to partnering with you!

At Creo, our goal is to support the family. We will provide links to our resources in our “family portal” located at the top right of the website. Our teachers are committed to providing clear assignments for students.

Creo Classical Academy meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

We have a 8:50 drop off and a 3:10 pick up window.

At this time lunches are not provided, but we would love to build out this part of our program to help support families, at this time we have access to a fridge and a microwave. Please bring in a labeled lunch and a snack.

Most of our teachers are CPR certified, we have a nurse onsite, if there is a concern regarding conduct or safety, the policy is to report to the Head of the School. We will background check all volunteers on campus. We have an evacuation plan and are working with our local law enforcement to implement safety plans to be fully prepared if there was ever an emergency. We plan to have a fire, evacuation and safety drills. We will be signing students in and out.
